Registration ProcedureS

1. Please read the Registration Guide before registration​.

2. Fill in the Registration Form.

​

If you register as an organisation*, please download and fill in the Organisation Registration Form. 

*Organisation includes but not limited to business organisations, NGOs, social enterprises, schools / universities and associations.

​

The Team Registration Form and Parent or Guardian Consent Form (for participants under 18) could be submitted at a later stage. 

3. Send the completed forms to CarbonCare InnoLab by email or post.

4. Our staff will contact you to confirm your registration. 

5. Send us your donation by one of the following methods:

  • By Cheque

       Please send a crossed cheque payable to "CarbonCare InnoLab Limited" to CarbonCare InnoLab, Suite 1908, CC Wu Building, 308 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

  • By Bank Deposit

       Please direct pay-in The Bank of East Asia, Ltd. (A/C No.: 266-68-00244-7) and email the transfer slip to wattathon@ccinnolab.org, Please write your organisation name on the back of the slip.

  • By Online Payment

       Please pay online through SimplyGiving’s fundraising platform.

Option 2: Create Your Own Personal Online Fundraising Page

1. Click the red button.

2. Select Page Type (for corporate team, please choose the first option “Corporate Team - Corporate team consisting of employees representing a company”).

3. Create a tailor-made fundraising page for your team.

You can pay online right away, and invite your friends to sponsor you in the Watt-A-Thon 2019 via channels such as email, WhatsApp and Facebook. Your sponsors can donate directly via the platform and you can check the fundraising status at all times.

6. We will send you a confirmation email after receiving your donation. You are welcome to continue to raise funds for CarbonCare InnoLab!
